We do outsource our warehouse shipping locations so sometimes you may get more than one package for your order if multiple items were ordered. We typically ship out within 1 to 5 business days.  We will note longer shipping times on each product page that applies.

Shipping times are estimated and we cannot guarantee shipping times at this time.  Once the package leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipper and they do not guarantee shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry😢 it didn't work out for you, we try to help out where we can with returns.

  • DAMAGES:  All Damages MUST be reported immediately.  Some items there is a 7 day window to get a replacement or refund due to damages.
  • Items can be returned for store credit only. All items must be returned within 14 days after fulfillment. 
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part.
  • Items that are discounted are not eligible for returns and all sales are final on these items.  We can do exchanges on some items.  Contact us if you need to exchange.
  • Made to order Graphic Tees that have a delivery time of 2 or more weeks are non-returnable as they are made to order.  
  • Jewelry, Bags, Accessories and all non-clothing items are Non-returnable unless defective.  
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused. 
  • Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of delivery
  • We reserve the right to refuse excessive returns.
  • We are a small family👪 business (not amazon) so we hope you understand🙏.

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

We intend to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable! If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
