SHIPPING - we always ship within 1 business day for in stock items.

- Returns are available for refund within 14 days of purchase
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and tags attached all original packaging.
- Jewelry cannot be returned
- Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of delivery
- Return shipping fees are the responsibly of the customer we do not refund shipping.
- We will provide return labels in the case of our mistake.

Antique Garden accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.
Where do you ship?
we ship anywhere in the United States. We also ship around the world except for items over 5 lbs.
How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?
Flat Rate USPS Shipping: We offer $5 SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS EXCLUDING DECOR, LIGHTING & FURNITURE. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH A FINAL SHIPPING PRICE FOR THE ITEM. Your package is expected to arrive within 2 – 7 business days.
Furniture/Lighting shipping- price will be estimated for the customer after the item is purchased.
*Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 24-hour order processing window or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.
Do you offer overnight shipping?

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Antique Garden. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
- We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below and use our return form to proceed with a return.
• All return requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase.
• All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
• All sales final on items 30% off or more.
• All items must be returned with their original tags attached and original packaging such as shoe boxes. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
• We do not accept returns on jewelry.
• Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
• If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to email us or call to see if we have the item instock. Once we have received your return we will send out the exchange. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available so please contact us first so we can pull the item for you.

1. Please review our Return Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.
2. Complete the packaging slip that was included with your order or download the return form above.
3. Fold clothing neatly and place it as it was received. Include the completed return form and send to:

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund.
I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
We intend to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
